Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silslah. We aim to deliver your favorite bags and accessories as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 249 all across Pakistan.

  • Any changes in shipping rates (during sales or promotions) will be clearly mentioned at the checkout page.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via WhatsApp or Email if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Sialkot): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 5 working days.

4. Order Confirmation (Very Important)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your order.

  • Unconfirmed orders will be held for 48 hours and then cancelled automatically. Please ensure your contact number is correct.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website (e.g., Leopards, Trax, or CallCourier).

6. Damages & Missing Items

  • As per our Refund Policy, we are only responsible for damages if an unedited unboxing video is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please do not accept the parcel if the courier flyer is already open or badly damaged.

7. Non-Delivery / Returned Parcels

  • Our courier partners make at least 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to "Customer Not Available" or "Refused," we reserve the right to block future COD orders for that customer.
